We deliver one-stop solutions for machinery diagnostics, helping manufacturers reduce downtime, cut costs, and operate with confidence. About the Role We are hiring a Sales Specialist to support our industrial maintenance technology sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling technical or industrial products and is excited to work on-site with customers across the U.S. You’ll work closely with technical and engineering teams to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and support trial-to-deployment conversion. Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with industrial clients, identifying maintenance challenges and recommending appropriate solutions in collaboration with technical sales engineers. Support product demonstrations, coordinate trial program execution, and assist with proposal preparation and contract negotiations. Collect and analyze customer requirements to tailor solutions that align with operational goals. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the sales cycle and coordinate post-sale onboarding and training with the technical support team. Document all sales activities, client interactions, and market insights in the CRM system. Stay informed on company products, industry trends, and travel as needed to client sites (primarily domestic).
