Compensation: $800–$1,200 per week (base pay plus bonus opportunities)

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and motivated Marketing Events Coordinator to help expand our presence throughout the Louisville market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event planning, team leadership, and engaging with people in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify local home shows, fairs, expos, festivals, and community events within the assigned territory
• Negotiate event contracts and secure prime booth locations
• Develop and maintain an annual events calendar
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage Event Demonstrators
• Schedule and coordinate staffing for events and shows
• Oversee booth setup, presentation, and breakdown
• Generate leads by scheduling free in-home consultations with prospective customers
• Collect and manage contest entries and event leads
• Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments
• Track, measure, and report event performance and results

Weekend availability is required.
