Branch Manager

Position Title: Branch Manager Business Unit: Retail Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment Position Overview This position is primarily responsible for the overall sales and operations management of the branch. The incumbent is the directing sales manager for the branch and focuses on origination and expansion of new to bank customers and performance coaching of the branch team. The incumbent oversees daily branch activities, performs market and business development duties, processes loan requests, solicits new accounts, and ensures effective operations of branch staff and facilities. The incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. Primary Responsibilities Perform market and business development duties by generating high‑value customer relationships through leveraging sales leads and outbound calling to establish new customers and retain and expand existing relationships. Active community member; execute and coach sales strategies to achieve financial goals. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions. Input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB approved branch technology. Manage and coach branch team and facility to ensure the branch operates according to FNB standards. Conduct daily sales meetings, execute all HR responsibilities, participate in ongoing education for self and team, and lead sales camps. Ensure branch meets quality standards through direction and coaching of branch team. Account for operational integrity of the branch and ensure adherence to audit, compliance, security, and operational requirements. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Serve as risk manager for the business by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily risks as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program. Minimum Level of Education High School or GED Minimum Years of Experience 3 years Skills Required Excellent management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software Basic level proficiency in MS Word Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel Basic level proficiency in MS PowerPoint BA or BS preferred. Experience in a related position. Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred. Licensures/Certifications Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
