Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Pennsylvania Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $20-25/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus Flexible Schedules | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities | Team Environment Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across our Residential Group Homes and 1:1 In-Home Community Care across the state of Pennsylvania. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available on multiple shifts. As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping residents live as independently as possible.
