What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues with expertise and efficiency
• Provide customers with clear, customized options to meet their needs and budgets
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through trust, education, and professionalism
• Ensure top-quality work —we get it done right, every time
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution
• Deliver 5-star service —every customer, every time

What You'll Get:

• Earning Potential: Pay range of $90,000 - $200,000. This is a full commission role - our top techs earn up to $200,000+ OTE!

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Residential Service/Sales Experience (PL02) – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
• Valid PL01/PL02 license with WA L&I
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
• Expert-level knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and tools
• Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching
