Primary Care Sales Representative - Lansing, MI

IQVIA seeks a Primary Care Sales Representative for the Lansing/Detroit territory to drive brand performance by engaging healthcare providers, executing sales objectives, and building long-term customer relationships through strategic account planning and clinical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute call plans to meet coverage metrics and maximize access to key accounts
- Articulate value proposition to healthcare providers and identify disease state experts and advocates
- Conduct pre-call planning with SMART objectives and evaluate performance post-call
- Address customer objections, manage challenges, and facilitate mutually beneficial agreements
- Share market intelligence with field teams and management to inform brand strategy refinement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field
- Demonstrated pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, preferably in primary care
- 3+ years business-to-business sales experience or equivalent background
- Strong presentation skills and business acumen with strategic thinking
- Proficiency in English, written and verbal
- Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base annually
