Admissions Coordinator

To support individuals and families seeking treatment, the remote Admissions Coordinator will manage professional referrals, engage clients, and guide families through the admissions process while working part-time from Tuesday to Saturday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families, providing expert guidance through the admissions journey Collaborate with business development teams to manage incoming referrals and maintain relationships with referral sources Verify insurance benefits and coordinate payment plans while ensuring a smooth transition into care Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or behavioral health science preferred 3+ years of experience in behavioral health admissions (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP preferred) Strong call center, client engagement, or healthcare sales experience Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), EMRs, and Office Suite Typing speed of 50+ WPM while engaging in client conversations Virtual Vocations Inc
