Sales Manager

Overview Sales Manager (Residential) We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in sales, team development and customer relationship management. This role is responsible for overseeing sales strategy, performance and business development efforts while ensuring homeowners receive exceptional service and customized comfort solutions. ________________________________________________________________________________ What You\'ll Do: Drive residential sales growth by developing new business opportunities, generating referrals, and expanding relationships with homeowners, property managers, and community partners Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, retention and repeat business.
