Come join our Team with Staff Management | SMX . We are now hiring an Operations Lead. As an Operations Lead, you will provide administrative and operational support to the onsite operations team. You will help ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly by assisting with associate check-ins, attendance tracking, scheduling, reporting, payroll support, and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Operations team with Attendance Uploads, Audits, and New Hire System set up
• Manage Manual time-keeping and entries
• Assist associate with FAQ's
• Conduct Audits for Data Accuracy, FLEX Workers, and Payroll Reports
• Conduct shift check-ins and assist the SMX account supervisor as needed
• Complete Multi-communications for scheduled New Hires, No Call / No Shows, and Urgent communications
• Communicate policies, events, and changes to associates
• Understand when to escalate associate concerns and issues to SMX or Callaway leadership
• Respond immediately to any accident and complete accident report if account supervisor is not present
• Maintain continuous communication with SMX & Callaway leadership team and assist with other supervisory duties as needed

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be comfortable working in an in-office within a Distribution setting while attending associate walk-ins
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment including quickly shifting priorities
• Previous administrative, customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel Outlook, Word
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Communications skills, both oral and written
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Flexible with scheduling and able to work weekends as needed

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check

• Must be at least 18 years old
