POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a patient-focused Part-Time Optometrist to provide essential eye care services to geriatric and underserved populations. This is an excellent opportunity for an Optometrist looking to supplement their current schedule and income while making a real difference in the lives of seniors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform comprehensive eye exams for geriatric and underserved patients
• Diagnose, manage, and treat ocular conditions
• Prescribe corrective lenses and collaborate with facility staff
• Educate patients and caregivers on preventive eye care and condition

management * Maintain a respectful, comfortable, and patient-centered clinical experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Optometry (OD)
• Active PA Optometry License
• Experience with geriatric populations or mobile care is a plus
• Strong communication, professionalism, and empathy
• Ability to work independently while adapting to facility-based environments

SCHEDULE

• 7-8 days per month
• Weekday flexibility
• Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
