Order Picker/PackerWeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Order Pickers/Packers to pick, package, and restock various products. The hourly rate of pay is $18.50 per hour or more depending on experience. 2nd Shift receives a $1.00 shift differential.As an Order Picker/Packer, you will:Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and move product to the shipping area by operating an RF ScannerPackage various products to order specificationsWork as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing ordersTrain new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all can perform each task properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivityFollow all safety and company procedures while performing work dutiesPerform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the departmentQualifications:Minimum of 6 months related work experienceExperience using an RF ScannerHigh school diploma or equivalentAble to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructionsA high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuriesAbility to stand for the duration of the shiftLift up to 50lbsFlexibility to work weekends and overtime, as requiredFluent in English and authorized to work in the United StatesWhy you'll love working at WeatherTech Direct:WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace.
