A Victoria's Secret & Co Beauty Supervisor is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store. In higher complexity stores, accountability is shared with and guided by a Beauty Manager. This role reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

The Beauty Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand's guidance and objectives. Specifically, the Beauty Supervisor is responsible for executing and maintaining:

• Visual execution within the beauty business
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business

• Additional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing
