Phlebotomist IILocation: Butte, MTShift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–FridayDuration: 4 months (Temp to Hire)Job Summary: The Phlebotomist I serves as the primary point of contact for patients, performing blood collection and specimen preparation for lab testing. This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and strong patient interaction skills to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.Key Responsibilities:Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection (including pediatric and geriatric patients)Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for testingVerify patient information and ensure proper documentationMaintain a clean, safe, and professional work environmentFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsProvide excellent customer service and build patient trustRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent (required)1–3 years of phlebotomy experience (required)Experience with pediatric and geriatric drawsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer/data entry skillsReliable transportation and flexibility for coverage if neededPreferred:Phlebotomy certificationMedical assistant or paramedic training2+ years in a patient service center or similar settingCustomer service experience
