We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Premier Healthcare at Harrington House. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing basic nursing care and assisting residents with daily living activities. Responsibilities

• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs
• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, oral care, and incontinence care
• Assist with meals and feeding
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and wheelchair mobility
• Turn and reposition residents as needed
• Assist with short-distance ambulation within the facility
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification required upon start date
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of CNA experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
