Production Associate

Now hiring Production Associates – $16.00 per hour plus shift differential. Overtime available. Plant runs 3 shifts 7 days per week. Employees are assigned to work one steady shift. As a Production Team Member, you will maintain production lines with cartons as well as seal and stack finished product and doing visual checks of caps in our New Castle, PA facility. What we offer: The chance to work for an industry leader and a company that provides a great culture where you feel like a member of our family Achievements are recognized, acknowledged, and celebrated An opportunity to join a stable, reliable, and environmentally conscious company What you’ll do: Ensuring that the line(s) you are assigned to produces quality caps through periodic inspections Monitor the automated line to ensure that caps are properly feeding into the boxes Periodically re-threading labels, filling ink and liner and unjamming caps Properly labeling the filled boxes and stacking them on the pallet.
