You will own the sourcing: hunting down great candidates for property management, maintenance, leasing, and corporate roles, and putting the best ones in front of the hiring managers who make the call. You will also build and maintain the HR systems that keep the company running right. A virtual assistant helps you manage everyday tasks. You find them, you qualify them, you present the best to the hiring managers who decide Own the sourcing pipeline from first contact through offer stage Build, implement, and maintain HR policies that keep Smartland compliant and consistent as we scale Design and oversee onboarding and training programs that actually stick What we're looking for 3–5 years in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition You go find candidates.
