Financial Operations Associate Volt is immediately hiring a Financial Operations Associate at Jersey City, NJ. As a Financial Operations Associate, you will: Support new account opening, stock plan activation, and account maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of applications while maintaining compliance, risk controls, and high service standards. Key Responsibilities Review paper and electronic account applications for accuracy and completeness. Process account applications efficiently and accurately. Manage exception reports, reconciliations, and operational risk controls. Respond promptly to Operations and Customer Service inquiries. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify fraudulent or high-risk accounts. Maintain daily processing targets and service-level commitments. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of financial operations experience or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of banking and brokerage account regulations. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience creating DocuSign forms. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a Contract full time opportunity.
