Fort Bend Dental is seeking a motivated and highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team in Rosenberg, TX. Dental hygienist

Comprehensive Hygiene Services: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education (Health education and counseling).

Goal Achievement: Work proactively to achieve personal and office production goals within the collections-based compensation model.

Patient Management: Promote patient retention and treatment plan acceptance through excellent communication, education, and patient interaction.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with office protocols, demonstrating strong attention to detail.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with dentists, dental assistants, and the administrative team to provide a cohesive and seamless patient experience.

full-time $40 - $51 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Bonus: A $1,000 Retention Bonus is offered.

Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays off.

• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Valid and current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills and proven attention to detail.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.

Work Ethic: Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working effectively in a collections-based, fast-paced setting.

Proficiency and knowledge of the Dentrix Ascend practice management software.

Prior experience working within a collections-based compensation structure.
