Each workday brings new opportunities to connect with clients and support the team, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEAs a Customer Service Representative, you will start by answering the main office line, setting the tone for the day with outstanding customer support. You will coordinate closely with Estimators, Project Managers, and Foremen, capturing important information and entering it into Contractor Foreman Projects. You will be managing and crafting schedules, keeping sub-contractors in the loop, and updating all stakeholders on project progress. Your day will unfold with organizing vital project data, handling financial tasks, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly.
