Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 22 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. Travel experience is preferred. Experience with Epic is required. Requirements Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Additional Details References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Required Skills/Experience IV start. Telemetry. Ventilator management experience. Teaching hospital experience is required. Required Credentials Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited programme. Special Requests All contracts must extend through January 2, 2027. Unit Details Adult patient population. Transplants - Kidney, Liver, Lung, Heart. Shift & Scheduling Every other weekend. Floating Requirements Float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs (MICU x2), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, and SICU / MICU / NCCU. Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity and to different units within the OSU organization as needed. 14 days maximum time off.
