Doctor of Medicine | Urology Location: DuBois, PA Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Urology Physician Start Date: 06/29/2026 Shift Details: 24-hour call shifts starting at 7:00 am on the scheduled day, ending at 7:00 am the following day. Schedule: 7:00 am 6/29 - 7:00 am 6/30 7:00 am 7/22 - 7:00 am 7/24 7:00 am 9/16 - 7:00 am 9/18 7:00 am 11/18 - 7:00 am 11/19 7:00 am 12/2 - 7:00 am 12/3 Work Details: Support staff includes nursing staff, anesthesia, and ER support. Coverage needed on scheduled dates. Flexibility with additional dates upon provider willingness. Patient volume varies — a busy facility serving outlying facilities in Clearfield, Elk, and Brookville. Patient population/age: Adults. Department Description: EMR systems include Cerner (inpatient) and GE Centricity (outpatient). Hospital Bed Size: 280 beds Special Procedures: Cystoscopy and/or stent placement for hematuria Kidney stone treatment with extraction or holmium laser lithotripsy Torsion of testicle (rare) UTI management Foley catheter placement (in ED or other providers) Skills Required: Board Certification (mandatory) PA state license (mandatory) DEA certification (mandatory) ACLS and BLS certifications (mandatory) Minimum of 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency privileges potentially granted within 1-2 weeks with prompt document submission. Holiday Rate: 1.5x the normal rate on designated holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
