Senior Outdoor Retail Sales Leader

Recreational Equipment Inc

REI Co-op is seeking a Sr. Store Sales Specialist to be the face of the Co-op. You will engage with REI Members and Customers daily, serving as a knowledge base on products, equipment, and services, and guiding fellow staff.

This role emphasizes outdoors expertise, customer engagement, and aligning with REI values. You will train and mentor new staff, coordinate stocking, adjust displays, and partner with department managers to hit daily goals.
