Tesla Insurance Trainer

: What to Expect Tesla Insurance is looking for a Trainer who can contribute their expertise and passion to our growing team. Tesla Insurance requires someone with exceptional ability to assess needs, develop, and deliver appropriate training material to new trainees, while also creating a positive environment. They will be responsible for identifying training requirements, prioritizing training programs, and providing coaching and mentoring to our team members. The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of the Insurance industry and will be able to design and deliver training programs that meet the specific needs of our organization. What You'll Do

• Creates instructional material/facilitator guides for each class, including presentations, interactive handouts for engagement, and online resources and provides technical system support for trainees and others as needed. Trainer will also initiate monthly retraining's with all agents on each team based on audit trends and sytem/procedure updates
• Audit files, listens to calls, provides feedback/coaching to trainee and to supervisor of trainee.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members to reinforce training concepts and ensure successful implementation
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to keep the training up to date with system updates, state requirement updates, and Tesla Insurance requirments
• Responsible for ensuring all agents licenses are maintained, and continuing education requirements are met

What You'll Bring

• A four-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise in training and coaching, with the ability to effectively transfer knowledge and skills to others
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• A minimum of 2+ years experience handling claims and or policy services, including advanced skills in coverage, investigation, litigation, negotiation, and damage/injury evaluation
