.What You'll D

• oDesign and optimize Lean manufacturing cells to maximize space, equipment, material, and personnel utilizatio
• nPrepare and maintain detailed process layouts and related equipment documentatio
• nLead manufacturing launches for new and revised products — establishing goals, training team members, and evaluating outcome
• sDevelop work instructions, visual aids, and assembly documentation for production personne
• lApply statistical analysis to drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency gain
• sInterface with management, engineering, and cross-functional teams regarding manufacturing capabilities and production schedule
• sRepresent manufacturing and engineering interests on cross-functional project team

What You'll Ne

• edBS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipli
• neMinimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience including process flow, layout, assembly, and production equipme
• ntHands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Kaizen event facilitati
• onProficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD/process layout too
• lsStrong working knowledge of written product specifications and technical documentati
• onExperience with ERP systems — SAP strongly preferr
• edCNC programming experience is a pl
