School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) - 2026-2027 School Year Lockport Heights, IL Help Students Thrive in the Classroom and Beyond Phaxis Education is seeking compassionate and motivated School-Based Occupational Therapists to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in the Lockport Heights, IL area . We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available for professionals who are passionate about helping students develop the skills they need to participate, learn, and succeed in their educational environment. Position Overview As a School Occupational Therapist, you will work with students across a variety of grade levels and educational settings to support their fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional participation skills. You will collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized strategies that promote student success.
