Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred. (Client note: outpatient experience is preferred.)
• Experience treating orthopedic and pelvic health patient populations preferred.
• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers. (Client note: will accept new grads and first-time travelers.)
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in orthopedic caseloads.
• Familiarity with pelvic health evaluation and treatment.

Assignment Details

• Primary rate type: 8-hour day schedule.
• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
• Float to other clinics: no.
• Patient population: orthopedic and pelvic health.
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; will see 12–14 patients per day; follow-up double-booking expected.
