Who You Are

• Licensed Attorney: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California (Required).
• Proven Track Record: 8+ years of dedicated experience in at least one target area: Criminal Defense, Estate Planning/Probate, or Immigration.
• Reputation for Excellence: Uncompromising integrity with a commitment to upholding the highest legal and ethical standards.
• Drive & Grit: Self-starter with high energy and internal drive. We operate in a fast-paced environment and value proactive execution over passive management.

Key Responsibilities

• Caseload Management: Oversee and litigate a full caseload within your practice area from intake through resolution.
• Client Advocacy: Provide exceptional strategic counsel and communication while safeguarding the firm's stellar reputation.
• Division Leadership: Partner with firm leadership to build, refine, and optimize efficient workflows for your practice division.
• Compliance & Precision: Maintain immaculate case management, strict calendar adherence, and full regulatory compliance.
