Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary: $285,120 to $380,160 annually (based on shifts worked)
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN hospitalist coverage at two major hospitals: Swedish Medical Center-First Hill and Swedish Issaquah
• Support maternal-fetal medicine teams with labor, delivery, surgical assistance, and obstetric emergencies
• Manage obstetric triage and emergencies, including ectopic pregnancies and torsions
• Perform routine GYN procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy
• Collaborate with OB, MFM, and family medicine teams in a supportive, collegial setting
• Participate in teaching OB fellows and residents
• Support a work-life balance with flexible scheduling
• Contribute to both patient care excellence and medical education growth

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Washington State
• Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience in labor and delivery, OB/GYN hospitalist practice preferred
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to community health and patient-centered care
