Sales Representative

UnifyCX is growing and we are looking for an experienced and extraordinary Sales Representative to join our motivated and ambitious work from home team. Unique schedules! NO OUTBOUND PROSPECTING! Pay: Production Pay: $16 per hour + UNCAPPED COMMISSION! Training Pay: $15 per hour Additional Benefits: UnifyCX offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 4% max matching 401K, and other financial opportunity options. Shifts: Training Hours: M-F 8:00 am 4:30 pm CST Training duration: 3.5 Weeks Hours of Operation: M-F 7 am 10 pm CST; Sat 8 am 5 pm CST All schedules following training will fall within the above Hours of Operation.

What Will You Do? As a Sales Representative, you will be the front line in providing a remarkable experience for our members. Our Sales Representatives are responsible for identifying opportunities and providing solutions to address our customers' needs. The overall goal of each experience is to support new and existing customers and provide them with solutions through proven sales techniques.

Ideal candidates for this position will be outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. We are seeking an individual who has outstanding customer service and goal driven sales techniques and is eager to put a smile into every interaction. This position will be Work From Home; however, you must reside in one of the following areas: San Antonio, TX or Louisville, KY to be considered.

In this position, you will:

• Effectively communicate with customers over the phone and through various electronic channels for accessing account information and product offerings
• Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction.
• Consistently meets or exceeds daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
• Follow customers through authentication and call quality standards.
• Receive inbound calls for upsell of products and services to existing customers.
• Some outbound calls as needed.
• Consistently present a professional image while conveying a positive and customer service experience.
• Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue.
• Work independently and maintain productivity.
• Maintain current knowledge of and follow all policies and procedures while ensuring protection of customer confidentiality and privacy.
• Accurately document information exchanged during each call.
• Promote products and services; consistently cross-sell products at every opportunity.
• Effectively probe to discover customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are: To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:

• At least 6 months of inside sales experience or 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a contact center environment.
• Great listening skills and customer focused sales approach.
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone demeanor.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday between 8 AM 11 PM EST.
