Essential Functions Provide an exceptional dining experience to guests – greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store. Follow Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to serve fresh and quality food. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and may take on different positions—front counter, drive‑through, or kitchen. Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment. Qualifications Friendly and helpful team player. Operations experience is a plus. Some high‑school education. Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements; acquired at your expense. ADA Statement While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knives and other kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot, noise levels are high, and storage space is limited with shelving high. Employees must work in a fast‑paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and manage conflicts or difficult situations.
