With properties affiliated with leading global hotel brands and continued development underway, the organization offers a results-oriented environment focused on operational excellence, revenue growth, and talent development. As Regional Director of Revenue Management, you will manage pricing and revenue strategy across a portfolio of properties in your region, directly influencing RevPAR and day-to-day commercial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage pricing levels across all market segments for assigned hotels.
• Optimize daily room inventory and channel distribution to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Monitor competitor rates, market positioning, pricing strategies, and performance data.
• Analyze local market conditions, demand generators, events, and activities to develop actionable revenue plans.
• Perform unconstrained demand analysis to determine the optimal business mix and maximize RevPAR.
• Prepare and maintain weekly, 30-, 60-, 90-day, and full-year forecasts.
• Communicate occupancy fluctuations and anticipated demand changes to operational teams to support staffing and service planning.
• Evaluate contracted business opportunities, including group, wholesale, and negotiated corporate accounts, balancing response speed with profitability.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, yield management, and pricing strategy.
• Demonstrated success driving RevPAR optimization across multiple hotel properties.
• Experience managing revenue performance for select-service hotels.
• Experience managing revenue strategy across a regional or multi-property hotel portfolio.
• Expertise in forecasting, demand analysis, market segmentation, and business mix optimization.
• Ability to analyze competitor rates, local market trends, and demand generators.
• Experience evaluating group, wholesale, and corporate negotiated business opportunities.
• Proficiency with revenue management systems and property management systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with sales and hotel operations teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Background working with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, or other major hotel brands.
• Experience supporting hotels during openings, renovations, or portfolio expansion.
• Knowledge of catering, space utilization, and ancillary revenue optimization.
• Experience presenting revenue strategies and performance recommendations to senior management.
• Interest in developing talent and contributing to a promote-from-within culture.
