Quick Facts Location: Elkins, WV (812 Gorman Avenue) Start Date: ASAP – 12/07/2026 End Date: 06/07/2027 Shift: 24-hour call shifts (07:00 – 07:00) Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract Licensure/Certifications: Board Certification, BLS, ACLS Experience: 5 years preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $2340.00 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time per law What You’ll Do Provide obstetric and gynecologic care during 24-hour call shifts Support labor and delivery, working closely with nursing, anesthesia, and pediatric staff Manage all OB/GYN procedures, including critical care interventions Support on-call coverage for approximately 1 week per month Ensure patient safety and quality care during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods Document patient care accurately in the Paragon EMR system Maintain high professional standards and adhere to hospital protocols What You Need Required: Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology DEA license BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (preferred) Ability to work within 10 minutes of the hospital for emergency cases Preferred: Additional certifications or skills in obstetric procedures About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading healthcare facility in Elkins, WV, focused on providing expert labor and delivery services.
