Role Overview: This position is for outpatient Clinic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) providing clinical support in ambulatory settings. The role involves assisting providers, managing patient care, and ensuring accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities: Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations. Provide direct care, assist with diagnostic procedures, collect laboratory specimens, and administer medications and vaccines. Maintain a clean environment and ensure proper setup of examination rooms. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program is required. Both new and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply. Ability to provide age-appropriate care and follow scope of practice guidelines is essential.
