Job Title Internal Medicine Physician – Adult Primary Care Physician, Missouri Overview Join an established neighborhood primary care/geriatric clinic using a value‑based care model to ensure patients are seen and heard year‑round, preventing complications from multiple chronic conditions. Role Average 14–17 patients a day Monday thru Friday, no weekends Providers per clinic: 3–5 (Primary Care Physicians + NPs) Onsite lab and pharmacy Care team includes scribe, MA, social worker Package Salary range $240,000–$260,000+ (commensurate with experience/site) Annual quality bonus and promotion track to leadership Partnership option with zero buy‑in 6 weeks PTO including major holidays & CME Malpractice, medical, vision, dental, and life coverage Retirement plan with match, CME stipend $5,000 Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a medical license in Missouri At least 1 year of experience Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics Board certified or board eligible medical doctor with or without US residency and current US work visa is acceptable #J-18808-Ljbffr Accolades Physician Resources
