Operations Coordinator The Operations Coordinator supports the Materials, Logistics, & Production Manager in organizing a wide variety of tasks such as shipping/receiving, quality assurance, and clerical work. They will ensure the smooth flow of production through organization and attention to detail allowing for optimal productivity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure that work areas are safe, clean, organized & free from hazards (refer to manuals) Maintain all appropriate production records, quality records, reports & audits Maintain inventory of shipping materials as well as supplies Assist in maintaining the ISO system (Calibrations, Audits, and Document Control) Serve as an integral member of the continuous improvement team Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access) Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications HS Diploma / GED 2 year degree preferred Experience in related field preferred Physical Demands and Work Environment May be exposed to loud noises, dirt, dust & fumes; working around moving equipment will be encountered Generally working in Office with some activities in production environment.
