About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Integrated Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader within the Integrated Solutions team, responsible for the growth, evolution, and execution of integrated marketing offerings. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to priority clients, building and scaling integrated marketing capabilities, and driving agency growth. The SVP will lead the performance of integrated marketing programs, establish operational frameworks, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns. Key responsibilities include leading the growth of integrated marketing programs, building and overseeing the integrated marketing function, and driving new business growth. The role also requires the SVP to be a senior strategic advisor to clients, lead collaboration across various teams, and own the operational performance of integrated marketing initiatives. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, communications, or marketing leadership, with a proven track record in a mid-sized or large agency environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across integrated marketing disciplines, experience in supporting enterprise or high-growth brands, and a strong ability to grow client relationships. Success in this position is defined by the ability to lead integrated marketing functions, build scalable processes, and drive profitable growth. The SVP should also have exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence clients and senior stakeholders. A background in developing award-winning campaigns and thought leadership is essential, as is the ability to identify emerging marketing trends and technologies.
