Job Summary


Our client is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join their team. The primary responsibilities include managing front desk operations, handling incoming and outgoing communications, and supporting medical device orders.

• Processing Faxes
• Working phones and scheduling when necessary
• Handling incoming and outgoing faxes
• Managing orders to facilities for medical devices

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Medical Front Desk Experience
• Computer literate
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance and punctuality
• Preferred: Bilingual
• Preferred: Experience with Orthopedics

• Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Fridays 7:30 AM - 4 PM
