Position Details

Role: Sit-Down Forklift Operator

Pay Rate

• $15–$18 per hour , depending on terminal and experience

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload pallets from trailers
• Move and position palletized freight within warehouse and loading areas
• Maneuver equipment safely around trailers, docks, and warehouse areas
• Handle materials carefully to prevent product or equipment damage
• Follow warehouse procedures and workplace-safety requirements
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Report equipment or safety issues when identified

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of forklift experience required
• Sit-down or stand-up forklift experience accepted
• Experience loading and unloading pallets from trailers
• Spanish-speaking candidates are accepted; English is not required
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to follow material-handling and safety procedures
• Closed-toe shoes required
• Long hair must be secured while operating equipment

• Protective masks provided when required
• No specific uniform required

Pre-Employment Requirements

• DOT 10-panel drug screening required before starting
• Random drug testing may be required during employment
