Job Title Travel RN - Emergency Department Location Reston, Virginia Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a high-volume emergency department with approximately 44,000 visits per year across a 34-bed unit Perform triage, IV initiation, and moderate sedation procedures Execute Stroke, Sepsis, and Trauma protocols as required Operate unit equipment including EKG, Lucas device, cardiac monitors, Dynamap, POC, and iStat Document and manage patient care using Meditech EMR Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, triage nurses, and paramedics while maintaining a 1:4 patient ratio Required Qualifications Active Compact RN License required at time of submission Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS certification Preferred Experience / Skills Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification Experience working in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department environment Why Join Us Join a well-staffed, team-oriented emergency department that values a positive, hardworking, and collaborative culture Work within a structured unit that recognizes and celebrates its staff throughout the year About Concentric Healthcare Staffing Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
