Direct Sales Representative, CRM - Melbourne, FL

Abbott seeks a field-based Direct Sales Representative for its Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Melbourne, FL. The role involves promoting and selling cardiac medical devices to physicians, hospitals, and distributors within an assigned territory, supported by clinical education and account development.

Responsibilities

• Contact and educate physicians, hospitals, and distributors on Abbott cardiac devices and address their concerns
• Develop and execute business plans with management to identify and grow new accounts within assigned territory
• Provide medical professionals with product training, in-services, and technical troubleshooting support
• Monitor competitor activities, analyze sales data, and prepare reports and required administrative documentation
• Attend trade shows and conferences to showcase products and build relationships with clients and peers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent
• Two or more years of sales or clinical support experience in healthcare
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technically complex medical devices
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of medical device industry policies, operations, and procedures
• Proficiency with personal computer programs and relevant applications
• Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships

Compensation: $43,900–$109,200 base
