Conference Room Coordinator

Pay rate: $16.00- $17.00/hr Hours: 8-5pm, M-F Location: Alpharetta, GA Temp to hire Summary:

This role will require setting up conference rooms for meetings, sometimes around 5 different set-ups per day. Other tasks will include delivering packages if needed, walking around the building to ensure everything appears as it should, and providing customer support. The managers are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, and mail skills are a plus but not required. Candidates should also be able to handle the physical needs of moving chairs and tables. The candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Driving: No. Worksite address is 2900 Westside Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30004 United States and parking is provided.

Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good PC skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Mathematical and filing skills
• Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
