As a member of our clinical team, you will work onsite, providing direct patient care in a comfortable outpatient office. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients using detailed evaluations and diagnostics to identify their needs and determine treatment objectives.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices to promote healing and recovery.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and exercise prescriptions to improve patients' physical function and alleviate pain.
• Manage an efficient patient load, typically treating two patients per hour, allowing for focused attention without the assistance of aides or techs.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed based on outcomes and recovery goals.
• Collaborate closely with other team members, including orthopedic specialists and rehabilitation staff, to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.
• Participate in an ongoing mentorship program with a fellowship-trained therapist to further enhance clinical skills and knowledge in the field of orthopedic rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients come to us for support with a variety of orthopedic conditions, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation following joint replacements to recovery from sports injuries and chronic musculoskeletal ailments. You will be working with individuals who are motivated to regain their independence and return to their daily activities, providing a gratifying experience as you witness their progress.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.
• An active Physical Therapy license in Nevada is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience within an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting is required for competency.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols to ensure effective patient care.
• Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, adapting to changing patient needs.

Preferred Experience
