Our practice is currently undergoing a comprehensive equipment upgrade, preparing to launch an in-house CE program, and is fully staffed with an experienced clinical and administrative team. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral surgery and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. This opportunity allows you to practice full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in a modern facility with a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery Collaborate with referring providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans Provide patient consultations with clarity and compassion Maintain compliant, accurate documentation and patient records Participate in internal marketing initiatives and CE events to support referral relationships Stay current on clinical techniques through ongoing professional development Qualifications: DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency Board certification or eligibility preferred Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care Team-oriented, collaborative approach to practice This is an exceptional opportunity for an oral surgeon looking to join a modern, thriving practice with substantial earning potential and long-term growth options.
