Chick-fil-A DirectorMust have at least 1 year of previous Chick-fil-A Director experience. This is for a high level, top leader role.OverviewRestaurant Directors are high-level representatives and guardians of the brand of Chick-fil-A for the local Owner/Operator. These are high performing leaders who have strong emotional control and leadership qualities. Directors are tasked with consistently meeting restaurant metric targets for each day part including Labor Productivity, Food Cost, Customer Satisfaction scores, and Food Safety. They oversee the production of service for guests and ensure every guest experience is equally as positive.
