Pipefitter – Kings Bay, GA and the surrounding area – Up to $46/hr | Multiple Openings

RQ is hiring Pipefitters now for ongoing construction work at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, GA, and the surrounding area. Steady, long-term project work - great opportunity for candidates in Kingsland, St. Marys, Woodbine, Camden County, Brunswick, and the greater Jacksonville, FL area .

Pay: $20.94–$46.25/hour DOE - Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, specific to the base
Schedule: Full-time, on-site at Kings Bay Naval Base and surrounding project locations

The Job:
Join RQ's Mechanical team on an active military construction site. You'll assemble, install, and plan piping systems, applying journeyman-level pipefitting skills to code on a high-profile DoD project.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• 4+ years of journeyman-level pipefitting experience (commercial, facilities, government, or military construction)
• Mechanical pipe installation experience

Preferred:

• Deep underground pipefitting experience
• Copper and carbon steel experience
• Start-up/energizing experience (boilers, chillers)
• Valid Pipefitter license or journeyman card
• OSHA-10, CPR, and First Aid certifications
