Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Savannah, GA

Setting: Center / Clinic

Population Served: Children 2 - 11

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Provide high-quality ABA services for children ages 2–11 across in-home and community settings
• Manage a full-time caseload with a 27 billable-hour requirement
• Develop individualized treatment plans rooted in the company’s philosophy: client-inspired, parent-guided, clinically informed care
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Clinical Director for training, problem solving, and ongoing clinical support
• Build strong relationships with families through transparent communication and whole-person, family-centered care

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

• Caseload size: 7-8 average to meet billable hour minimum (may exceed to earn more through bonus)
• Billable hour expectations: 27 hours

• Base salary: $83-87.5K + Bonus opportunity
