OB/GYN Hospitalist/Laborist

Full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist/Laborist opportunity 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays No on-call responsibilities Obstetrics only – no gynecology duties Collaborative and supportive clinical environment Immediate need – start date approximately 2–3 months from contract signing/credentialing

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetrical care
• Perform patient assessments and triage evaluations
• Coordinate care with community OB/GYN physicians
• Care for unassigned OB patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Perform emergency deliveries as needed
• Assist with obstetrical surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with nursing and multidisciplinary support teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $320,000 – $340,000, commensurate with experience

Candidate Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree required
• Active or in-process New York State medical license
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN Residency and/or Fellowship program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• New graduates accepted if fellowship-trained
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred
• Candidates must have OB/GYN experience in either outpatient or inpatient settings
