• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, with no minimum experience requirement specified.
• Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans focused on discharge goals, documenting care in medical records accurately and timely, and providing patient, family, and student education.
• The clinician will participate in student programs, pursue ongoing professional development, and adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards, including state practice acts and licensure requirements.
• Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality improvement, and professional conduct.
