Mentor Yard Switcher: Lead, Train & Improve Operations

Freight Handlers in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Spotter/Yard Switcher Mentor to support yard operations and mentor new associates. You will move trailers, verify seals, and perform safety checks while modeling safe practices. In addition to hands-on yard duties, you will mentor new teammates, coordinate onboarding, and conduct weekly EHS ride-along audits to ensure a smooth ramp-up and ongoing safety adherence at customer facilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Freight Handlers
