Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Looking for warehouse shipping and receiving jobs in Sauk Rapids? We're hiring Shipping and Receiving Associate workers who can keep up the pace and get rewarded for it.
Responsibilities:
- Build crates and prepare materials for shipment
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain warehouse organization, inventory locations, and material counts
- Support 5S initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Assist with general warehouse operations and additional duties as assigned
- Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
- Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification
- Overhead crane experience or ability to obtain certification
- Basic carpentry skills are a plus
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with assistance
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Commitment to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance
